Brainmanagement Mental Wellness is a (neuro)scientifically justified extended synthesis of PMA/NLP/Regressiontherapy/Gestalt and techniques in the area of personal effectiveness. Brainmanagement Mental Wellness is a spearhead development in the field of neurosciences. Most of the underlying neuroscientific concepts are yet unknown in the average neurological practice. The method is built on a synthesis of findings of several scientific fields of exploration. Its foundations are well established in these areas. Each of the works in this shortlist introduces the reader to an area of scientific discovery that has contributed to the creation of the model and method of Brainmanagement Mental Wellness.
